NEW BEER ALERT!! Funky Blueberry Lambic Sour. This funky beer was brewed with the Lambic style in mind. This beer was brewed with light base malts and wheat for a bready and wheaty backbone and primary fermented with a Belgian yeast strain to add fruity and phenolic character. This beer was then aged on blueberries with the addition of Escarpment Labs Belgian sour blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus isolated from Belgian sour beers. This adds a blueberry flavour and plenty of funky sour notes. This beer comes in at 7% ABV.
