Shipping Policy

Heritage Brewing Co. orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We are not responsible for delays by Canada Post and/or lost/stolen packages. All shipping fees are non refundable.

 

Return Policy

If your order is returned to us, unclaimed or it was delivered to a wrong address, there will be an additional fee applied to the return. If you are unsatisfied or wish to exchange your online purchase, please contact us via email at sales@heritagebrewing.ca prior to returning your item(s). We will contact you with steps to proceed.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and remain unopened.

We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping. Once confirmed, we will then contact you on how to proceed. All returns must be shipped by insured and traceable mail at the cost of the buyer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
