HERITAGE BREWING'S 1ST ANNUAL HOME BREWING COMPETITION

Entry Drop-Off: April 4th-April 15th 2023

Judging will take place on the morning of April 22nd in our taproom.

Doors open at 12 pm.

Winners announced in the taproom at 4 pm.

Homebrewers and their party will receive 15% off their tab that day.

Prizes for Best in Show and 1st Place Category Winners

Best in Show’s recipe will be brewed at Heritage Brewing. The winner will be on tap in the taproom and receive a gift card to the brewery.

Brew a beer that will fit one of the judging categories listed below
Register by March 31st
Once registration closes, you will recieve and entry number via email to label your beer with
Entries must be dropped off at the brewery between April 4th - April 15th
Drop off the equivalent of AT LEAST 48 oz. of beer (bottle/can/growler requirements below)
Pay a $10 fee per entry; limit 4 entries per competitor

Max 4 entries per competitor.
Every bottle/can/growler must be at least 12 oz. in volume. Containers must be free of ink, paint, or paper labeling other than the competition entry number with no identifying factors.
No lettering or graphics on bottle caps or can lids.
Must send a total equivalent of 4 bottles for judging
All contestants must be 19 years old or older
Mark the bottle/can/growler with the entry number. Use a rubber band to affix the entry sheet to the container. Entry numbers will be assigned after registration ends
Beers not entered into the proper category will be disqualified
If you have specific flavorings in your beer that you want the judges to judge, identify this in your beer style (ie. Porter with Maple and Vanilla)
Bottles/Containers will NOT be returned to competitors
Must be brewed on a home brewing system.
DISCLAIMER: The winner will get to name the beer but will receive no royalties
